Move-Out Note:

All carriers must check in no later than 1PM on Thursday, April 2, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc's. terms. 7 business day standard ground service at exhibitor expense.

NOTE: Sponsors/Exhibitors are required to keep their booth open, staffed, and fully built during ALL official exhibit hall published hours published by OT.SEC.CON.

Sponsors/Exhibitors shall not pack up, tear down, or otherwise vacate their booth space prior to the offical close of the exhibit hall without prior written authorization from OT-SEC-CON.

Advance Warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00AM to 3:00PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.
